How does the e-stop work on 496 mag?

I just installed my rebuilt engine with a new engine harness and my PCM is dead. Just discovered that the e-stop wire in the engine harness 14 pin connector Pin D plugs into the boats 10 pin harness at Pin D. However the boats harnesses has no pin there. It's an empty slot. Would this e-stop shut the computer down? My Rinda scanned can't even see the PCM

The lanyard switch at the shifter controller opens and closes the purple ignition wire between the key and engine.

Make sure the switch is physically in the on position by moving the switch a few times to up/run as it sounds like the ECM is waking up do to no 12 volt power.., there are fuses to fully check out as well as relays.

All that works and I have that lanyard switch bypassed. The e-stop wire on the engine harness is green. The purple wire does have 12 volts on it
