how do i test tilt and trim motor on a 2007 fourwinns volvo penta 4.3 gl sx with blue and green wires and no black earth thanks

I do not have V-P experience, but 2 wire PTT motors get +12VDC on the blue wire and ground on the green wire, to trim up. 2 wire PTT motors get ground on the blue wire and +12VDC on the green wire to trim down.

Two PTT relays provide for the switching of polarity on the motor.

Motor on trim and tilt works have power solenoid good have power must be switch problem or wiring issue

2 wire PTT motors use relays, not solenoids. Solenoids provide power when energized, and are open when not energized.

Relays provide power when energized and provide ground, when not energized.
