How do I take a tiller handle off a 1963 Evinrude 18hp Fastwin

Hi,

I'm parting out a '63 Evinrude Fastwin. How do I take the tiller handle off it? I took the screw out, but the handle is still held in place.

Here's an image of one of the Evinrude Fastwin's I have. Seems to be the same basic tiller handle.

Remove throttle grip handle, slide the lettered band off, remove the two small screws under the band, remove the larger screw that is closer to the engine......... there'ya go!
