How do I get this pulley off?

2000 Volvo Penta 3.0 GSM-A. How do I remove this pulley? I can't tell if I need to pry it off the camshaft, or if I need to use the allen-wrench looking bolts & I can't find it in the manual. Thanks for any help. Rob

First of all, it's mounted on the front of the crankshaft, not the camshaft.
Remove the three allen head bolts then the pump will pop off the vibration dampner
