I have a non-functioning built-in depth gauge and a very Old Loran unit. Both use in hull transducers which are expoyed in the bilge area. What is the best way to remove the transducers without damaging the surface on which they are mounted. I would just leave them in, but they are in the best locations to mount their replacements.
