How did this happen?

I've taken my pontoon out and put it in for over 20 years, without incident, until last week. While prepping for this boating season I noticed the front end of the boat is stuck up and over the front bumpers of the trailer.
Somehow my son & I missed it last fall when winterizing and now we are wondering two things:
How did that happen? and now, How do we get it off?

Anyone else ever had this happen and how was it rectified?

cant speak intelligently about how it happened, but to get it off, you may just have to back a bit deeper in the water. As long as the boat still floats, use that to your advantage. If there is a "steeper" boat ramp in the area, that would help as well getting more weight off the trailer. A little jiggling may be required to clear and obstacles in the front where its stuck

Bunk trailer or scissors ?

Just guessing but ... was the water level low last fall when you pulled the boat? Could easily have affected how the boat settled into the trailer as you pulled it up the ramp.

May have to back it in deeper to launch.
Or not so deep and pull it off with another boat.
