Hoses on 1995 225 evinrude vindicator came loose

Bought boat from individual runs fine but noticed two hoses disconnected and i i cant find where they go for the life of me will attach pictures

1st hose looks like it attaches to the air silencer - acts as a drain.

Awesome thank you now i just need to figure out the other one ive been racking my brain for over a week now could it just ne some type of vent becouse i cant find any type of nipple or fitting anywhere
