Holes in bilge and hull seadoo challenger

I hit a tree under the water putting a crack in the hull after sanding away the crack turned into a hole.this is where there is foam that is wet but the repair is not my biggest concern. When I was scraping out the foam in the area I would run a shop vac to pull out the foam and water from the hull and heard a whistle from the bilge area 4 of them seem like there factory but the one by the shaft I don't know it was drilled but this hole runs right where the foam and so do two of the ones I think are factory. Could this be the real cause of the challengers cavation problems after all the normal things that are posted (sealing the ride plate carbon seal new wear ring )that foam is like a sponge and would add weight like no other.also there was a spot in the bilge with no hole but found by puting soapy water on and put the shop vac on the blowing side bubbled up I just covered that spot with marine epoxy.Have pics wouldn't let post
