Purchased a 1999 Landau dx18 Castaway tri-toon. Where do I find the Interior HIN plate? Also, what is the approximate dry weight of the boat. Many thanks
That link claims that boat weighs 1220 lbs......for an 18ft tritoon ? Not likely. 2000 lbs is more likely.
The weights manufactures list tend to be way off. Very unreliable. Very.
Suntracker Corp. told me my boat/motor/trailer would weigh about 3200 lbs. When I got it, I had it weighed at a certified truck scale and it was 4450lbs. Quite a difference.
