HIgh Speed nozzle crack

I have a 1988 4 hp 2 stroke,

It will not run full throttle for very long before bogging out.
The only thing I can find wrong with my carb is that there is a small hairline crack in the top of my high speed nozzle/jet. It does not run the length of the nozzle however is at the top and down perhaps a 1/4 of an inch and runs into the orifice. Nothing has chipped off or fallen apart but could this effect engine performance?

Yes if it is sucking air.

seal it and see if performance improves.

Try some finger nail polish on the cracks.

I'm going to fill it lightly with J B Weld 2 part epoxy this afternoon,
here's a pic.
