Hi,Would 97 Mecury blackmax control work for 98 Optimax?

Hey guys. Need some help. I just bought a hull that had a 1997 Mercury Blackmax 200. I got a good deal without the moter as I have a 1998 Mercury optimax 135(fuel injection). I am wonding if the Current controls work for this engine?Would there be any issues with the throddle cable to? Hoping to finish the boat so I can take it out! any help would b greatly appreciated!

I found that the controls is a Quicksilver 3000
