I have 120hp johnson, I took it for fishing last week, I drive it slowly no problem but when I put the speed up won't go, plz help

If this boat/engine use to work perfectly, it sounds like a carb or carbs rebuilt time... Yes there could be other issues as well. but I'd look at the carb(s) first. But that is just my opinion... :)

Do a cylinder drop test on it to make sure it's running on all 4 cylinders.

hmmm. "ran well the last time it was used...." See some advertised like that, but that's probably a little different! :)

jon1985 -- should provide a year and model number, and whatever addit. info. you can provide (above).

See you had an earlier post on an '86 model. This the same motor?

The motor start easy every time, im thinking maybe the propeller because run ok on low speed but when I go faster I feel like the motor want to fly but it keep running in place

See what a little information can do? It ain't the carburetor, it IS the propeller. The rubber shock hub in it is slipping. Replace the propeller or have it re-hubbed.
