US composites has the cheapest price that I have found for the 2 part foam. If you search though there are some alternatives to foam such as pool noodles, packing peanuts, and foam board sheets that you insulate a house with that people have used. For under the dash may want to use the spray foam (Lowes or home depo) which would be much easier than the two-part foam you pour.
The amount needed really depends on how much space you want to fill. I am unfamiliar with that boat layout so no help there, however, if you give have an idea of the total dimensions you want to fill (length, width, height) the manufactor should be able to give you a good idea of how big a kit to buy.
A little hint with the foam, make sure it is not cold when you use or you will not get the full expansion of the foam.
