i can't seem to get much speed out of my 50hp evinrude (about 5-10mph)any suggestions on what to try?

Is it fireing on all the cylinders?<br />Does it run better or worse if you squeeze the primer bulb?<br />Is there water in your gas tank?<br /><br />...to start with...corm
