Help with repair

Does anyone know if there is a manufactures recommended repairer within the UK please? I've just bought a boat and it has a bad leak. Can this be repaired so I can still fold the boat up?

Wow. Are you sure there isn't supposed to be a garboard plug in there? Or is that a seam? Foldable boats can wear out at the seams, like folding a piece of paper will over time.
