Yes you still use the 2522 plugs.
This is the replacement coil from CDI for the Prestolite ignition system.

The coil usually comes with a small piece of solder, an eyelet, and heat shrink. Cut the white wire (I think it's white) with black barrel connector off of the old coil leaving the wire as long as you can. Solder the eyelet on to the wire with black barrel connector. The new coil has a small screw connection. Attach the eyelet on the wire you just made up to this screw. The barrel connector goes to the corresponding connection from the CD Module that you disconnected to remove the old coil. Do one coil at a time to avoid mixing up the barrel connections going to the CD Modules. The mounting tab on the coil is the "Ground" connection for the coil. Make sure it's making good connection with the coil mounting plate.
