Looks like a Mercury outboard and Shoreland'r trailer which both fit the era. Either a 70's/early 80's Starcraft SS/Holiday, or a Sylvan as mentioned. I agree with the livewell drain, not often seen on the Starcrafts of that era, but could have been an add on or rare option as well. Likely a Sylvan though, similar hulls, just not as knowledgeable on their various configurations as I am on the Starcrafts. Cool graphic nonetheless!
