Help with model number.

There are 2 for my engine which is a 1989 Evinrude 48 SPL with manual tilt/trim. The two choices according to the Evinrude website are E48ESLCER and VE48ESLCER. Any ideas, as I don't know much.:confused:

they are the same motor, E was made in the US, VE was made in the Venezuela plant.
