I recently bought a set of what I was told were 50 hp carbs to put on my 1996 Evinrude E40REDS. I'm having trouble finding what model they came off since the seller bought them his self and never used them. I was told they were for 90'-95' 50's but can't find any model in that year range that has carbs with these part numbers:
BQ432989 - top carb
AQ432989 - bottom carb
All of the 50 hp models in that year range show to have:
432986 - top carb
432987 - bottom carb
Is it possible that I have a set from a Canadian model with a different number stamped on them?
