help Trim wont work

I have a 2003 Tahoe ski/fish 3.0 liter boat, it has a mercury inboard engine on it. Couple of weeks ago I took it to the boat shop to have a drive lube leak checked. Before I took it the trim would move up and down like it was supposed to, now it wont move no matter what I do, any suggestions ?? it has fuid, i checked it. power or no power it still refuses to do anything.

does the trim pump turn on when you push the button?

if yes, then could be an issue with the rams, if not then electrical is where i would start, may be bad ground?

when i first got my boat going that had been sitting for a year both rams were frozen, i had another pair i replaced them with though. (was nice having a spare boat)
