Hello, I recently pulled my dads 2005 tohatsu mfs4/5/6 out of the shed, we realized he had us stored laying down on the wrong side. We cleared all the oil, and went to fill up the pan, but all the oil ran out the prop. We figured it was crank case seals so we replaced all three seals and the gaskets. We then filled the oil up only to find the same problem. Am I missing something? I don’t know if any other seals that would cause all the oil to leak out. Thanks for any insight!

Are you sure it's the new oil that you're putting in which is leaking out, and not left over oil from being stored wrong making its way out the exhaust?

Likely you had oil find its way out the top and through the carb when this happens. Terrible for it happening.

Yes we are 100% sure, because the oil pan is dry in less than 10min

Even if that was the case, why would it still run out after new seals have been installed? It’s less then 10min from filling to empty

See if you can put A LITTLE BIT of pressure in the crank case with the air compressor then check for where the air is leaking out. Maybe a pound or two of air, not enough to pop any seals out but enough that you can possible figure out where it's leaking from.

If the lower seals are not installed correctly with the spacer, all bets are off.
