It's supposed to be a 1973 Arrowglass 19ft center console. I couldn't find anything that looked like it online under arrowglass?

Did you try looking under "Koi Ponds"?

I did see some pics like yours in a Google image search for 'Arrow Glass'. The closest said something about a model named 'Eldocraft', but that name doesn't seem to lead anywhere.
