I don’t exactly. But I without doubt tell you… that it will absolutely be longer than you might guess or think. Something that’s always caught folk out over the years.

Attwood supplies many OEM steering cables/racks/scrolls. Check their site for measuring instructions, even if you purchase elsewhere. Per @QBhoy the steering cable takes a long route. Throttle and shift cables are more OEM specific, but available aftermarket. Also longer that you'd think.
If you're planning to replace, why not start now and remove the cables and measure their length? You have to do this eventually. Getting the right parts is a big time saver.

I am guessing that in 1/3 of all the steering cables I have replaced I was able to read the part number printed on the covering. Usually but not always the last 2 digits denote the cable length but a simple google search of the part number will tell the length.

Do you still have the originals? If so you can get the part number off of them or just pull them and measure. If not there are online guides to help you figure out the measurement.

cables are hot-stamped with the part number every foot or so.
