6908 is a 60-62 made by Scott/McCulloch 3/8pint of TCW3 rated oil per gallon If you can pin it down to 62 1/5 pint will work.
H10J plugs set at .035, points set at .020.early motors use a Tillotson HC8AX diaphragm type carb or Marvel-Schebler SUM.You may find a after market Scott/McCulloch manual at the library or perhaps on ebay on cd.
