Ok, I'm guessing the tilt assist cylinder is bad on my evinrude 48spl....I can't get the cable to budge either way. My motor is stuck in the down possition, so how in the world am I supposed to release the pressure from the cylinder so that I can tilt the motor up and remove the bad cylinder?
