HELP!! Need to jumper solenoid to tilt the drive up. Boat wiring junk...

Boat has faulty hacked wiring, like an idiot I put the drive down and it will not go up electrcially. Its like the switch is dead. How can I jumper the solenoid to go up?

+ battery to blue wire at pump motor
- battery to black wire or housing mount
