HELP!-Need new manual release screw on power tilt for 1986 Yamaha 115 Outboard

I am looking for a replacement part for my power trim/tilt assembly manual release screw. I have looked all over the place and all I have heard is the part has been discontinued. My engine is a 1986 Yamaha 115ETLH. The part number for the manual release screw is 6G5-43845-00-00. Does anyone know of a distributer that would carry these? Or possibly an aftermarket alternative?

I've used a Dremel tool to carefully cut a slot.

Sure your motor is an 86 model ??-----It appears that valve is only used on 1987 models, including the V-6.------I think I would make one myself.----But then I have machining and fabricating experience.
