Help me find a seat.

I posted this on another forum and didn't get any replies, so here goes...

I am changing the back to back seats on my Bayliner 175 to a single helm seat. I need some advice on what would be a good seat to purchase.

I would like to stay under $200. (I already have the pedistal).

I have been looking at these:
