Ok guys, so basically I have narrowed my choice between two project boats. The first one: 1992 bayliner 2252 cuddy classic. According to the title holder it was her dad's, he past away last year and it has sat since July 2016. But they said it was running perfect before it was parked. Asking $2000. The other is the 1996 bayliner ciara express. It's more boat and a bit newer. Looks to be in good condition. Floor is solid. But...and a big but.....no engine or motor at all. Asking $1200.
