Help me add steering and drive to tower.

Hello All
I have a fold forward tower on my polar.
All you can do is spot from it I cant drive from it.
What would I need to control steering throttle and motor tilt?
I do have hydraulic steering.
any advice?

Ayuh,.... Obviously, another complete set of helm controls....

I was more interested in finding out if anyone makes a kit or package.
Any brand recommendations or a particular set up.

Ayuh,... Yer lookin' at some reasonably major engineerin',....

No "Kit" is gonna turn a crow's nest watch, into a helm station....
