Hello All,
New to this thread. Have an opportunity to acquire this boat from a friend of a friend for free.
It needs much work but the hull and trailer are solid. Has a 50HP Johnson but that will be the last thing I do with by rebuilding or replacement.
I have been trying to figure out who the manufacturer of this boat it. The plastic emblem on the side reads "Regatta" and obviously a search of Regatta on the web goes straight to what Regattas are....
As you will see in the first picture there are holds/handles at the gunwale. Anybody have an idea of who the manufacturer is? What i do know is that this was most likely built in the 1980s
Thanks in advance.

How much is he paying you to haul it away? That boat looks really rough...

if it was built in the 80's there is a HIN on the starboard side aft corner

I like the prairie growing in it.

I think it's a cannibalize LoneStar, they had a cruiser w that type of HandRail gunwale.

I think they were all smallish cabin cruisers, pix of the transom & of the interior would help

Thank you. I’ll check it out. Yep it’s been sitting for a spell. Obviously it is in bad shape and it certainly going to need a bunch of work. The paint makes it look in worse condition.

If it is an aluminum hull you have a chance of repairing it, if it were a glass hull, I would run away ! Does look like a Lone Star to me as well.
