I’ve finally found it - 1958 Richline Big 16

Wow, I believe you are right. What a nice boat you have. It will be great when you get it restored. Not as much work as you may think.

I believe the most important part is the transom. Make sure you research and do a great job on that.

Be careful removing paint. Use a paint dissolving gel and a wire brush on a drill. Any steel scrapers risk putting a hole in the aluminum.

I found this picture of a 1963 16 foot Rich Line Sea Knight. Looks like it has twin motors.
