Sounds like you dodged a bullet!
They were rotten rotten we cut a hole in the floor to see under and the mold and smell of stagnant water was ridiculous. The foam flotation that was in it would pour water out when pushed on, and the boat hasn't been in water for over a year. Almost seems like the boat was sank at one point. There was a repair on the bottom right along the keel. It was a bummer because I talked to my ahj and had them check the hin and would have had all the right documents to be able to put it in my name. Oh well that's how life goes. Must be a sign to just finish my winner up lol.
