help identifying evinrude 18hp and parts source

have an old evinrude, pretty sure it's an 18hp.
I will have to double check but I believe the serial # is 18303E-E01678.
could someone verify the hp and identify the year?

I desperately neeed a seal kit and water pump for the lower unit, and maybe a powerhead seal where lower unit drive shaft goes into powerhead.
Are there repair books available for that year, that would have an exploded parts view and part #'s ?

Yep...it's an 18hp Ron....the year is 1963.
