help hooking up top mount morse controls on an outboard.

I bought a center console for my 16 foot starcraft and I need help hooking up my cables to the top mount controls it came with.
I need to know how to hook up the cables, starter switch and how to bypass the neutral switch in the old control box.

you need to post the type of motor and the type of control box

The motor is a 1985 johnson 70 and the controls are top mount morse controls with two handles.

Ayuh,.... If the cable ends match the controller,.... Sure,....

You can rig a simple push button switch to start the motor,....

'n if ya don't wire up the neutral safety switch, of course it'll be by-passed,...
