help finding parts for 1987 25hp merc

Trying to get my motor going for the upcoming duck season but I'm having some issues finding some parts. Can y'all help me find a air filter and a choke assembly? Its a 1987 25hp mercury outboard thanks for the help.

Serial number? there is no air filter.

It dont have a choke ,it has a primer. You pull the square knob out several time to prime engine.

I'm unable to find the serial number from what I've read it should be on the right side transom bracket but I'm not seeing the white tag. Also my motor is a 1987. Is there anywhere else to find the serial number?
