Hi - I'm restoring an old Monark bass boat. The outside trim has what appear to be #10 size stainless steel finish washers, with a special rubber grommet inside (I'm guessing to keep water out). I attached a picture. Anyone know where I can buy the rubber inserts? Thanks in advance!

Have you tried the big box stores? Lowes Home depot. Maybe give Fastenal or Grainger a call they have allot of hard to find stuff.

You should be using a Marine grade sealant equivalent to 3M 5200/4200 on all hardware that perforates the hull...cheap insurance against allowing water intrusion and the creation of rot...
You could look into buying rubber O-rings in the size you need to replace the damaged/worn ones...
