I have a 90hp 1986 Johnson outboard. When running across the lake about medium to top speed, an "buzz" alarm goes off by the hand throttle. I checked the bubble on the hose (coming from the oil tank that mixes with the gas) and can not get it to pressure up. Do the two have anything to do with the other, or are these seperate problems? Is my motor getting the right oil? Any help will be appreciated. <br />Thanks
