help 68 33 hp evinrude twin ski

how can i bypass the electic start on it or get rid of the keyd ignition (no key), cause im fine with pull starting it and i dont want to put money into it i paid 50 bucks an want to find out if it runs thanks

Turn the key to the ON position and it will manually start. If you have lost the key, then disconnect the two wires connected to the M terminals of the ignition switch. Tape them off individually. If they touch each other then the motor will die.
