Well I pulled the lower to do a repair and reassembled and reinstalled lower. Checked water pump and all was very good condition. Started up and shifted all gears well but no water from weep hole, checked at top of water jacket and dry, warm air only. Any ideas where I went wrong? Went back together to easy and I should have know something is wrong if I did not have to cuss a little. Please help................

Did you make sure the woodruff key was in place when you reassembled the water pump?

Yes sir I did, had to hold in place with some grease and did a freehand spin and all seemed to work well.

The only other thing would be the water pump tube is not in place.

I don't know abnout it being backwards or not, but it DEFINATELY needs to be changed as it's developed a set. The veins should stick straight out unless inside the top cover.

Replace impeller, wear plate and both gaskets.
