Head identification

It seems that the inner lip of the valve cover is touching the outer lip of the head. What do ua think Bondo?

Stands for Throttle Body Injection. They are torque heads, not vortec. They came in many trucks and boats. They make smooth torque, over 300 foot lbs if I remember. I have them on the engine I am replacing.
They run out of breath at probably 4400 rpm. People sometimes think they are vortec, but no.

On another front, my steel core valve cover gaskets came in. They stay where I put them! Only problem is they are cork faced, so I don't think they can be reused.
