head gasket 60hp johnson

Please tell me torque setting for head bolts. Also, which side to permatex? I assume follow bolt numbers 1-10 in sequence? thanks

What year 60hp? I assume it is a twin? OEM gaskets should not be gooped. Aftermarket, who knows?

It is a 1992 3-cylinder. I have it off now with surface clean. You are right-there was no sealant so I'll put my permatex away. It must be that the sequence is just in numerical order 1-14, right? Do you happen to know the correct torque to set the bolts? It is a 7/16 head if that helps. Can you just get me in range within a lb or two? thanks

Sequence starts at the middle bolts and continues outwards in concentric circles.
