having problems with 1991 johnson 150

im having a problem with a johnson 150 1991 motor im getting fire one 2 plugs on the right and one plug on the left side of the motor we tried changing the statier and i have just recently changed the timing base but on the timing base i had to wire the wires diect but we did a fire check on it and it on fire on 3 cylinder any information would be helf full 9 amps system

What engine do you have? They made a 150 in both a crossflow and a 60 degree looper that year and they have different ignition systems.
