Hate to Admit it..

Yesterday went to my gator hole to pursue my favorite warrior. Arm got tired so I took one of my muskie rigs and put a treb on it with some shrimp and threw it out. Left drag real loose and went back to casting.<br /><br />Had just threw my termintor out when zing their goes my other line. By the time I got to it I had lost half my spool before i could tighten drag. <br />I had left my terminator in water and all of a sudden my 6000 was headn for the drink. What to do?? Of course I grabbed the 6000 and instead of the warrior a large mouth had hit it(4lbs). Got it in and released it and figured i has lost other fin. Long to short of it I ended up pulln in a 10lb Channel cat reeln in about 30 yards line with it. Having never eatn cat fins except at Bob Evans I released it to. Must say that cat was almost as fun as catchn gators (not)but it was exciting for a few moments there..

Pssst JB..Pride my friend. You know how it is with us warrior hunters...Go out for the big one and have to settle for less.lol. Deep down I was very satisfied that I landed both. Had to do a cleansing ceremony after that ole cat visited my gator pole...

Hmmmm....,Wow I'm at a loss for words. You did WHAT? Man this is gonna upset the musky gods Bad! Maybe, Just Maybe the will see an opertinity to teach you a lesson here and throw you a second chance to catch a nice one. In hopes it will turn you back from your wayword wanderings. I sure hope they dont go to hard on you. Them Dryspells are a bummer, I guess you could always turn into a cat fisherman <br /><br />Perhaps I went to hard on ya here, some days a fish is a fish. Seriously though a 4lb bass and a 10lb cat aint such a bad afternoon.

GF, how could you?!?! Should have cut the line when you realized it was a lowly 4lb bass and a 10lb cat!!! To lower yerself to catchin'm those creatures instead of the magnificent gator with fins?!?!?! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!! Then to admit it?!?!?! Must have been the alieuns!<br /><br />Hey dude, great story and double headers are lots of fun - even if they aren't gators! Congrats!

hey gone fishing! never hooked into a channel cat before but anything 10 pounds has gotta stretch that line pretty nice. reminds me of a story fishing with my grampa, fishing for walleyes one evening and he gets a nice bite. real fighter of a fish, the look on his face at the fun he was having was priceless. he figures he's got the walleye of a lifetime. now grampa was not normally a foul mouth man but when he finally gets it to the boat all i heard out of him was "its a f@#$%$# sucker" I said grampa dont look at that way just remember all the fun you were having when you thought it was a big walleye.

The warrior of all warriors, Musky....Matter of fact I'm off again today for another round of huntn..I'd be lying if I wasn't pumped after that double the other day.<br />Neaumans....I did a the secret warrior cleansing ceremony and hope it works.lol...(MY) got another grandma lure which I will try today...

The Warrior..I have mural of this on side of my boat..If by chance you happen to catch a gator with a flag attached please contact JB,Muskyone,neaumans or my self cause we would like to mount it.....<br /><br />

OK thanks guys... I kinda thought that was what you were talking about, Muskies... but we here in the PNW don't have true muskies... we only have <br />what they call Tiger Muskies.. a Hybred to clean<br />out the other fish. They were first introduced <br />about 15 years ago.. down in Mayfield lake.. but<br />every year they set new records.. and I've been<br />told that they have 2 - 3 inch teeth! ACK! Only have Tiger Muskies????...That is the the ultimate warrior when it comes to finding these gators...As we say catching one is like catching a pike on steriods...Of all the classes the Tiger is a rare and most sought after warrior,although I'm not choosy as long as one smacks my 6000 ..If you get a chance try rigging for one and if one happens on your line...you will be in for some blood pumping excitement....
