It’s nameplate is Chris craft. It’s 8 1/2 feet long. Was set up with steering controls for Chris-Craft motor. I’m going to try to post pics thank you. I set it up with a great white 82 pound thrust electric motor. Works great . But some people have told me it’s a rare boat. A man I met said it was probably a sample for Disney World lagoon . No clue

That's a cool little boat. Have you tried emailing Chris Craft? They might have some info on it, especially since it looks like an unusual model.

Chris Craft soaked up a few different manufacturers over the years in the 50s, 60s and even into the 70s if I've got things right. Not sure how rare it is in the sense of value (boats don't tend to work that way). But, it would be a looker the lake for sure.

Welcome aboard.

that small boat would have been built the end of the 60's, early 70's

Chris Craft would have been bought and sold about 8 times since that boat was made

that was made during the micro boat glory days (same time frame as my old Wooster was made)

OMC owned Chris Craft in the 90's, and most of the records were lost when OMC went belly up.

Just in the last 10 years there have been 3 owners.

I say simply enjoy it.

Chris Craft archives are kept at the Mariners Museum and Park. They may have info on your boat. There is a fee for the info or you can join the museum to get a slight discount.
