How can I repair these cracks?
My lazy self wants to sand and apply flex seal.

Pretty obvious that the underlying structural support (plywood) is compromised.

Can’t tell from the picture if the ply is physically damaged or you have a moisture problem.

If physically damage there is no repair. If it’s moisture, you need to strip the gel coat and glass down to the ply, let the ply dry put them apply new glass and gel coat to finish

repairing the cracks is just like repairing anything fiberglass.

agreed, it looks like the core material is damaged.

proper repair would be to remove the top, cut it apart, replace the core, reglass the top, re-gel or paint and then reinstall.

Thanks for the reply,
I was joking about the flex seal.

What type of glass should I use? It's not structural, so CSM ? How thick ?

CSM would work, 1708 would build more thickness, but would be easier IMO to fare smooth. If using Poly. 1700 if using epoxy.
