hard turning force 85

Just picked up a 1984 bayliner with a force 85 horse on the back. I was told it has not ran in about two years. I took out the plugs, gave her a few shots of lube down the cylinders, hit the key and she won't turn. I can turn it with a wrench but it is very tight. The starter give about 2 turns and just cant turn it anymore. i am thinking of pulling the flywheel to see if there isn't some magnet,stator issues. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I really doubt the magnets or stator have anything to do with the powerhead being seized.
More like an internal bearing, or broken or rusted piston rings.

Don't do anymore damage by trying to start it. Pull the head and look at the cylinders. You may have broken rings, scoring rust etc.

If you can turn it at all, then you have light rust inside one or more of the cylinders. Pull the head and remove the rust by lightly honing each cylinder with the piston at bottom dead center. Clean each cylinder before you go on to the next. When done, using your finger, lube the cylinders with outboard oil. Replace the head and try to start it. It will most likely run quite happily as long as there are no other problems.
