I have a 2000 115hp Mercury that has been getting harder and harder to start. The motor turns over fine but I always have to choke it to start. After choking it coughs and dies> I than have to open the throttle some for it to start and run. The fuel bulb sometimes is good but other times soft. Sometimes the motor smokes after choking sometimes not? Once it is running it runs good until you turn off for a few minutes than the process starts over.
