Hi merc 140 pontoon <br />My project is going fine I hope<br />The carb is OK, but I got water in cyliders when I was struggling to start the engine, Ive taken off the cylinder head, and will replace the head gasket and the manifold. I did a compression test and it was OK between 125 - 150 psi, I hope my cylinderhead is OK. Ive pulled the outdrive, and Im painting it and will put on new decalls.<br />Ive ordered some parts at marinepartsexpress.com that they will ship today.( its 1/3 of the price compared with here in Norway)Im also replacing all bellows and shiftcable and exhaust shutter.<br />Thankyou for your interest!<br />Regards<br />Affa
