Buy some gas for testing from another source, some 2-cycle outboard oil, and mix a gallon at 50:1.

State your location at $20 / gallon it sounds like a lucrative operation.----I want to open up across town and sell it for $19.29 / gallon.

I have had the carburetor rebuilt I bought a new fuel pump I’ve tested the coils and spark replace the fuel lines, compression checks 110 both cylinders. Still this motor will not start cold unless I squirt gas into the airhorn then it starts on the first or second pull. It seems as though carburetor not getting gas pumping the ball hard having to choke out. Don’t know what else to do other than caring squirt can of gas for Cold starts. Help

Hard to believe to believe you are having this much difficulty.-----The 92 model that I have ( when assembled ) will start easily.----I have about 10 or 12 of these 9.9 / 15 HP motors , various years..----They are easy to trouble shoot.
